Consultant Bio

Bob Reno has 28 years of pastoral ministry leadership and is currently the pastor of Berean Baptist Church, a thriving church near Tacoma, WA. He is also a business and time management consultant, focusing on personal development and staff training. He has had many years of administrative and managerial experience including positions as a human resource director, program director, and executive director for a non-profit agency.

His experience includes training and coaching individuals and teams in positive peer cultures, communication skills, team building, and conflict resolution. As a productivity consultant, he has helped hundreds of people integrate tools to help them become more effective and achieve their highest priorities.

He has worked with numerous organizations from churches, schools, colleges, mortgage companies, clinics, computer firms, police departments, and many others. He has facilitated group meetings and training sessions, critical incident stress debriefings, strategic planning sessions, and time management workshops in America and several foreign countries. He has an extensive background working with inner-city youth, was a treatment team supervisor in a juvenile correctional facility, a certified facilitator teaching the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, and is an independent certified coach, teacher, and speaker with The John Maxwell Team, and an Evernote Certified Consultant.
